Taylor Swift has returned to No. 1 in Australia with The Life of a Showgirl, powered by the release of the album’s expanded Encore edition. Billboard noted the album climbed from No. 23 to the top of the ARIA Albums Chart following the arrival of four additional songs.
The latest chart update shows those new tracks also making an immediate impact on the singles ranking. “Patient Zero” debuts at No. 1, giving Swift her 15th chart-topping single in Australia. “Cleveland!” enters at No. 3, followed by “Babylon” at No. 4 and “Pink Clouding” at No. 5.
Another track from the original album, “The Fate of Ophelia,” rises from No. 14 to No. 10. Swift has now collected 69 top 10 singles in Australia.
Elsewhere on the albums chart, Australian singer-songwriter Julia Jacklin debuts at No. 5 with The Gem. The record also reaches No. 1 on both the Australian Albums Chart and the Vinyl Chart.
